Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain

something went wrong in my abdomen,its like something was forcing its way up my abdomen causing an infection and acid,my stomach is very noisy and painful like it has been stretched so much from inside and im not having periods at 42. just had a laparoscopy which they said coulnt see anything

Hi,

Take anti spasmodic drug and also acid suppressant like pantoprazole. This may help you.
If not improved consult your gastroenterologist once for evaluation and NSAID (analgesic) may help you.
