Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

She may be having an acute episode of gastritis or hepatitis or food intolerence etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Give her soft diet, use tablet Ondansetron twice a day for five days. use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
