Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Soft Stools

i have just been recently treated of typhoid, gastroentritis and i ve finished my medications but sometimes my stomach still hurts bad and i ve to run into the toilet, stool is pretty soft and soil coloured! i cant eat what i want to eat because of fear of a stomach upset

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you have suffered from Typhoid and Gastroenteritis the time taken for proper recovery can be one to three weeks.
Hence you may still get pain and discomfort and weakness.
Both the diseases cause inflammation of the intestines and hence you have to take the following care till full recovery is done:
Take soft and bland diet of easily digestible foods and fruit juices.
Take only boiled and cooled water.
Avoid any foods and beverages from outside source.
Get the blood and stool tests along with ultrasonography and a clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor or a Gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis and management.
