Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Lumps In Abdomen

I have a lot of stomach pains which have been put down to ibs yet I have had no tests to exclude other things other than blood tests. I have the followign symptoms....

- extreme period pain (physically sick due to pain)
-sausage shaped squidgey masses in the left and right of my stomach
- a very solid lump about an inch below my belly button, touching this isnt painful but makes me feel nauses
-frequent constipation and diareah
-frequent cramps in the stomach all over with various pain strenths which do not go away after a bowel movement
-lower back pain on both right and left side which feels like a sharp shooting pain. On a couple of occasions while having a bowel movement have felt this pain although much worse to the point I nearly passed out, only lasted a few seconds then went away completely
-constant fatigue

I'm really petite 4'11 for my age (21) and slender and gyno commented that she would not perform laproscopy as the procedure would be to dangerous as it would be so close to my aeorta and doctor (who i've stopped seeing as she was incredibly unhelpful) who told me i shouldn's be pressing about in my stomach. No medicines have touched the pain so far and I cannot take anti inflammatories as they also give me stomach pains and resulted in gastritis last time I had to use them. I'm wondering if I have cause to be concerend or just settle and agree to the ibs diagnosis?

meals for 15 days.
- avoid stress / anxiety
- manage sound sleep of 8 hours
- light exercises at home with YOGA will help tremendously
