Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of a problem in your lower gastrointestinal tract. It is probably Irritable Bowel syndrome. This happens when you have food that does not suit you or when you are stressed mainly.
Eating smaller meals that are low in fat and high in carbohydrates, such as pasta, rice, whole-grain breads and cereals, fruits, and vegetables, may help.
Avoid beans, cabbage, and other foods that may cause gas, drinks with alcohol or caffeine and drinks with large amounts of artificial sweeteners.
It would be good if you could see a gastroenterologist who will assess you and tell you whether you require an endoscopic examination or not.
Take Care
