Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dear you how do you know that pain originating from ovaries?? Pain may be due to constipation or pain may be due to uterine fibroid or ureteric calculi or infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Take high fibre diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
