General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach ulcer.

I recommend doing an endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I recommend using over-the-counter antacids and acid blockers to relieve some or all of the pain.

I would suggest Omeprazole.

I suggest you see a gastrologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
