Suggest Treatment For Stomach Infection

my daughter is 16 months old two months back she had a bad stomach infection her stools was watery and white in color or whitish yellowmy doctor advice stool and urine test which came normal then he prescribe enterogermina ampuoles for 5 days she got better with that only no antibiotics were given. But from last three days she again passing loose yellow stools being very cranky and lost her appetite what shall i do stick to same medication

You may continue the same medication.
Plenty of fluids including ORS solution to prevent dehydration.
Better consult pediatrician and if required may be admitted to hospital for IV fluids.
