Suggest Treatment For Stomach Flu And Diarrhea
The past three days iv had a sharp stinging pain around my belly button. It started on the lower side, now it seems like it has moved above as well. I have diarrhea immediately after I eat or during. I was in Mexico for 5 days..could I have caught a bug from there or could it be my appendix? Thanks

According to your clinical details, most likely to be his Traveller`s diarrhea. It is infective type. The etiology varies according to places. Sign and symptoms of diarrhea also varies according to etiological agent.
According to your description, it seems to be Giardiasis. In this case, classical symptom is defecation after meal with abdominal cramp.
So in my opinion, take Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day for 7 days along with Tab Albendazole 400 mg stat at night with cap Omeperazole 20 mg once a day in empty stomach with Tab Drotavarin sos in abdominal cramp.
