Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps, diarrhea And Poor Appetite

I have had several diverticulitis infections in the past 2 years. The last one 2 weeks ago was accompanied with severe hemorrhage, I also have been experiencing diarrhea for the past 3 years which is so severe that I do not eat if I have to be away from home; some days I eat nothing. Since finishing antibiotics for the last infection, I have experience unrelenting low stomach cramps 24/7. Usually after a round of antibiotics I get relief from symptoms for a few weeks. I also have a history of bleeding peptic ulcers, chronic daily migraine, and Raynauds. I have bee in constant pain for the last 2 weeks.
