Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have just got back from turkey and when I was there I had very bad stomach cramps and dihorea I then had lots of yellom mucus in my nose. When I got back I have had painfully stomach ache and now I have yellow mucus covering my stools. Wat could this be?

Hello,

Intestine infection through bacteria or virus. Primary suggestions of best care
- consume more liquids to maintain hydration
- avoid spices, non-veg, junk kinds of stuff
- get prescription of antispasmodic (as drotaverine), antibiotic (as metronidazole), flora support (as lactobacillus) and oral rehydration salt from your family physician
- maintain hand hygiene at your best.
