Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Back Ache

Hi, Im a 43 yr old female and for some time now have suffered from a bloated stomach, i now look 8 months pregnant, the swelling starts under my breasts and goes down, im now suffering permanent backache and need to urinate frequently, periods are clotty, and i can feel a pea size shape on my right hand side, could this be a cyst. Also have a lump on the inside of my arm, which is causing me pain, followed by swollen glands. if this is a paying site for an answer then i cant afford it, im not one for going to doctors, not been in over ten years, dont really want to go now, so any help you can give would be appreciated
