Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Vomiting

I am a 23 year old female and wiegh 150 lbs with no major medical problems. Sunday morning I woke up with severe stomache pains and was vomitting for over 30 minutes. I had shortness of breath also and constantly felt like I was going to pass out. I also had back pain and was constantly burping. I took a nap in the afternoon and felt a little better. That evening when I went to take a bath I noticed that there was discharge comming from my belly button. The next morning I felt about the same and had more discharge in my belly button, but this time there was also blood. I went to the doctor and they did a ct and found nothing and have put me on an antibiotic and Nexium. they think I have an ulcer, but the nexium seems to make the pain worsen. What else could it be?
