Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Diarrhea

I have had a stomach ache for 2 days and this morning I started having diarrhea even though I have not eaten anything in over 24 hours. The stool is liquid and now black. I have had over 20 episodes of diarrhea. My stomach is growling very loud. Now I feel like I have to have a bowel movement but when I try nothing happens. I took the max 8 doses of pepto bismol with no relief.

Hi,
Thanks for writing.
It looks like a case of acute gastro enteritis.
I recommend u to start econorm sachet or bifilac cap 4 times a day.
For vomiting start pantaprazole with domperidone combination.
For stomach ache start hyoscine or drotravarine tablets in tds dose.
To cure infection start oflox ornidazole combination in bd dose.
Since due to diarrhea u will be dehydrated so keep ur body hydrated with ORS solution or electral powder.
if not relieved with all medications ..plz visit a doctor.
