Suggest treatment for stiff neck

I have a stiff neck when I move my head to either side. I am 80 but I m in good shape as I work out at the gym and do yoga once a week. However, I the afternoon I recline In bed and watch tv for about 4 hours as I get up at 5:30 am and stay pretty active for about 7 hours. I m also an artist and sitting for a couple of hours concentraing on a painting can sometimes produce a stiff neck. This is something that has come up In The last month and it s not getting better or worse?!

Hi,
Welcome To Healthcare Magic.

I can understand your concern regarding to health.

You can treat your stiff neck by taking Tablet-Robinexol (if no allergy), 3 times in a day at the interval of 8 hours for 3 days. Apply Voveran gel (if no allergy) on affected area 3 times in a day. Just simply apply it. Don’t rub it. Also apply an ice on stiffed area 4-5 times for 3 times in a day.

Avoid sitting in same position for long time. Keep changing it.

Hope this information will be helpful to resolve your query and further queries are always welcome. I will like to answer them.

Wish you Good health.
Take Care, Thank You.
