Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck And Arms Pain

I m on Sotalex 40mg twice daily. My BP normally is around 119/83. Tonight I suddenly started feeling like I was floating. Tested my BP and it s hovering between 121/82 - 135/85 - and even went up to 142/88. I have a headache which feels like pressure buildup also seem to have a stiff neck which could be from my sinuses. Don t seem to have chest and/or arm pain at all. Do I have any reason for concern?

Hi,

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out conditions like cervical spondylitis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
