I am extremely sorry to say this but there is not much to do in case of your niece. She has last stage ovarian cancer which has a very poor prognosis even with treatment. Since her disease has not responded to chemotherapy the outcome is even worse and she doesnt have long to live. What we should aim at now is to make her as comfortable as possible. The bloating she feels is probably due to fluid accumulating in her abdomen which is a result of her disease and will continue. You have to get it drained periodically to keep her comfortable. You can give her Tab Lasilactone once daily which might reduce the rate of fluid formation.
