Suggest Treatment For Stage 3 Melanoma

My boyfriend was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma in November of 2014, but since he lives in Jamaica he cannot afford treatment. He did two chemo rounds in late 2014 but nothing since. Now he has fresh red urine in his blood. Could this be related to the cancer or is it something else?

Hello .Surgery is the first-line treatment for stage 3 melanoma. Your surgeon will remove the tumors, lymph nodes that are cancerous, and some normal tissue around the tumors.

After surgery, you may need other treatments such as chemotherapy.Immunotherapy is a treatment option that helps stop or slow tumor growth and boosts the immune system. One example of immunotherapy is interferon, a medication that’s injected under the skin or given intravenously (through a vein). Interferon shrinks melanoma tumors and may be used alone or with chemotherapy.
