Hello
It seems from the history that you are having exophoria.
Since it has become constant exotropia and the treatment is by surgery.
This can be treated by squint surgery by recession and resection extra ocular muscle surgery.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
