Suggest Treatment For Spotting After Starting My Fresh Pill Pack

I need you help if possible! So recently I skipped my period for January with my birth control by going directly to my next pack because I didn't want to be on it. Then in February I had break through bleeding and I missed 2 pill, this was at the end of my second week. Then I got my period as usual except it was for a week and a half due to the breakthrough bleeding. So now it's Sunday and I just started my fresh pill pack today and am finally back on schedule! I thought my period was over today but now I'm having more spotting and blood so I'm really confused
