I am doing research for my med term class. I chose spinal stenosis because I happen to be somewhat familiar with it. I actually have spondylosis of the spine with a degree of stenosis. What my question is what type of pain management should be taken and daily activity also?

Management of spinal stenosis consists of -
- site-specific physiotherapy
- ice packs or hot compresses
- over the counter anti-inflammatory pills like Ibuprofen/Acetaminophen.
- epidural injection of steroids
- surgery for decompression.
