General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query & understand your concern.
In my view you need Either MRI or CT scan to exactly diagnose the cause & finalizing diagnosis followed by consultation of a spinal surgeon.
Treatment offered can include-
- Postural changes ( leaning forward while in standing/ walking.. pain is reduced,/ sleeping with knees flexed and drawn to abdomen reduces pain in sleeping posture.
- physiotherapy/ physical therapy,
- Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.
- surgery.( laminectomy.)
thanks.
I find this answer helpful
