Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a few weird sores My tongue feels raw and has for over a week I have a nodule on my ear for several weeks it started off sore now s just tender if hit And I get a re occurring sore on sid of mouth that's like a cole sore but doesn't fully developed ....
Your tongue is appearing inflamed and there is eruption of ulcers.. It can be due to the common canker sores or can also be due to Viral infection causing cold sores.. A lump on the ear can be due to swollen and infected lymph node.. If the sores are due to Viral infection then the swelling of lymph node can be secondary to it.. Soy suggestion is to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated.. A blood test and oral swab culture can be done to rule out the exact cause of the sores and once it is confirmed treatment can be initiated.. On case if it is due to canker sores then Vitamin B complex supplement and gargling with warm saline solution and antiseptic mouthwash gargles like Chlorhexidine can help.. In case of viral infection antiviral medication like Acyclovir oral intake and topical application of antiviral ointment can help in its resolution..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
