Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, stuffy Nose And Nausea

I have been having symptoms of what may or may not be a cold. It started with a sore dry throat and now I alternate between a runny nose and a stuffy nose. Sneezing and sometimes nausea are also some symptoms that I have. I am tired and I just feel like I need to go to bed but unfortunately I am still at work.

It sounds like you might have a cold or allergies. These are generally treated symptomatically. An antihistamine and/or decongestant can help with the stuffy or runny nose. The congestion can also result in postnasal drip which can cause nausea. So the antihistamine or decongestant might also help with that. Fatigue commonly occurs with both colds and allergies. All you can do is rest as much as you can. Occasionally you may need to miss some work. Most colds clear up within a week or so. Allergies may persist and require different treatment if they're not improving. So if your symptoms are still occurring after 10 to 14 days, it would be best to see a doctor. Hope this helps.
