Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Hi. I am 34 year old female. Smoker. My kids have been sick and now I have extremely sore throat where I feel as though I am swallowing razor blades. Pain up into my ear mainly on one side. No cough or other flu like symptoms. Have brought up some phlem today with a good size amount of blood in it. Glands are all swollen as well. I have some antibiotics that I will take but am wondering if I should be concerned re the blood. I have had sore throat now for 4 days and feels as though it is getting worse. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, right now I would advise you to have Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days, if the symptoms not improved then this need to be sent for x-ray and routing blood test to rule out the possibility of lung infection, hope this information helps you.
