My tonsels got sore with fever, hard to swallow,headaches and white spots on my tonsil area i used home remedies and got beter but throat was still sore yesterday while having a nap throat got more sore and got ear pain with fever i drank a pain killer and it subsided now i have ear pain sore throat hard to swallow even my spit and neck aches what can it be
