General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I should ask some questions:
1. Is there sputum coming out?
2. Can you describe the headache? Is it throbbing or pin-point, one sided or two-sided?
3. For how many days the fever was present?
4. Is there any problem with nose? I mean, is there congestion in the nose, like nasal blockage?

I would like to give some tests:
1. Complete Blood Tests
2. Chest X-Ray
3. ECG

I would like to give these medicines as well:
1. Paracetamol
2. Azithromycin

Keep him hydrated with water, juice, fruit juice and give him a good healthy diet (not spicy, oily).

Most importantly, give him Rest. No work outside.

Please post the test results here so that a doctor can give the next course of treatment if required any more.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
