Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Swollen Glands

well i had a cold for a week and then it went, after two days later i had sore throat so i decided to chew fresh garlic which helped but after some hours later my glands started swelling up. so my question is to know whether the garlic caused the swelling of my glands and what to do to cure it

ya too much of raw garlic might have irritated the mycosa of thraot and leading to seelling if glands..rather you should take chlorhexidine gargles and vitamin c..
