General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Having frequent sore throat is due to tonsillitis she is having. Most of the time, tonsillitis is caused by Strep infection.

Sometimes, strep infection is associated with rash and this is considered a more serious situation.

I advise to consult with her ENT specialist for more specific medications she might need.

It is also important to strengthen her immunity in order to prevent the infection attacks to occur at this often.

All the best!
