Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Cough

Hi! I have this soar throat and a little cough today but this is not my problem, it's my slow burps(i don't think so) and a bubble of air being trapped in my throat that makes me hard to breath.it's hard to make it out. Could you help me about this?

Hi welcome to health care magic.

You have sore throat infection.
Let me know you in respiratory infection esp.rhinitis can lead to post nasal drip ....
Or here by infection excess mucus can be there.
This two condition leading tlyou obstructive symptom

For congestion relief take antihistaminic drug....like benadryl....
Drink hot water that help in breakage cough.
Steam inhalation taken with eucalyptus oil added in water. ..
Avoid excess spicy foods .

Salt water gargles done....
Fried foods less....
Drink lots of fluid....

If blocked nose present oxymetazoline 0.05% nasal drop taken for 3 days....

If still problem consult ENT surgeon for rhinoscopy and physical examination.
