Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat Along With Difficulty Swallowing

I have had a sore throat actually throat pain for going on 6 days now. It hurts to swallow and to move my neck. I also having trouble eating or taking medications like the antibiotic I ve been on for an infected toe or Tylenol food drinks ect.. it feels like everything is getting stuck in my esophagus

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of sore throat going on for 6 days now. It is painful to swallow and and move the neck.
You also have trouble eating or taking medications like antibiotic for infected toe and it feels like everything gets stuck in the esophagus.
Your classical complete history is suggestive that you may be suffering from GERD, which got enhanced by the medicines and so on.

I would advise you the following:
-Start taking PPI like Pantoprazole,
-Liquid antacid every 3 hours.
-Tablet like Domperidone if it suits you.
- Change of the antibiotic and stoppage of all he medicines which enhance the GERD and Throat problems.

I hope within a few days you will be fine and fit.
For all this you need a clinical evaluation and examination done by a Doctor and you need a proper prescription.
Foods : soft bland diet.
Avoid all the foods and beverages.
-Control of the stress and anxiety.
