My partner and I were unaware and had unprotected sex 3 days after I switched. When I beging taking the inactive pills for my period to come in the first month I had minor cramps as if my period was coming and sore breast but when it was time all I had was a lil pink spotting for a couple days. I have had no other signs last as long as my nipples being so tender am I Pregnant
Your symptoms are quite similar to the side effects experienced once birth control pills are initiated. I would although like to rule out pregnancy as well with a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample on or after 2 weeks from when you had unprotected sexual contact.
Although in my opinion, due to the pinkish discharge experienced this is most probably due to the birth control pills and nothing else. Wait for a while and then report to your prescribing doctor with the side effects being experienced, and if intolerable then your doctor may choose you over to something more comfortable for you.
Best wishes.
