My symptoms include. . Sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, headache, dizzy spells, skin crawling and aching, tingly face, spots with no pus just fluid on face, itchy pallet in mouth, geographical tongue out brake, hot/cold, cramp/pins needles in legs, fatigue

Do your symptoms occur at certain times of year, or after contact with animal hair or other things?
headache on one side ?
does your ear hurt?
history of fever ?
Do you have enlarged lymp node ?
according to me it can be
1. common cold
2. allergic rhinitis
3. migraines
you can take the following test .
IgE antibodies , serum calcium
sinus X-ray
ct scan .
vit B 12 levels
treatment,
tab paracetamol , antihistamine , steam inhalation, gargles,
headache on one side ?
