Suggest Treatment For Sneezing, Runny Nose, Scratchy Throat And Tongue

Hello! I have had a recent flare up of allergies that have resulted in a great deal of sneezing, runny nose, and scratchy throat and tongue. Occasionally to alleviate the itching at the back of the tongue, I rub the tongue on the top of the back of my mouth. It seems that I have developed a little skin tag (that looks very similar to how a skin tag would look on the body). It is pink/red (same color as the tongue), but it kind of sticks up a little (i.e. it is not flat against the tongue). Is this something that might go away on it's own? Is it attributable to the allergy symptoms I have been dealing with over the past week? It is not painful, but I can feel it there. Thank you!
