Suggest Treatment For Sneezing, Fever And Body Pain

hi doctor i am santosh here i just want to know from fours days i am not feeling well that i am suffering from sneezing, feever & whole body pains, mostly the head is badly paining and also throat Problem,

always coughing & irritating my throat by khich khich

pls suggest me some strong medicine that i can totaly get fit, one of my doctor has suggest me calvam 625 & sinus 77, but having this tablet my whole body gets loose now i feel like vertigo pls give some suggestion for Proper medicine

Hi.
Noted your history.
You are already taking food medicines. TO get well early I would advise the following::
Take full bed rest
Instill Otrivin nasal drops and take steam inhalations- at least 4 times a day.
Add Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice daily. Take all the dosage properly.
You wwill be fine soon.
If there is no response to this treatment, you may have to go for blood tests to that you are not suffering from other problems.
