Suggest Treatment For Sneezing And Runny Nose

Hi,I'm 34 years old Male,daily morning, I've sneezing and runny nose problem. day times head ache also. this problem have almost 10 years.doctors say its sensitive nose. yoga only can help to control this problem.now a days I'm afraid about this problem.please advice me.

Inflammation of nasal lining membrane produces these symptoms :
Nasal itching, watery rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, sneezing and post nasal discharge .
All these symptoms are due to allergic or non-allergic rhinitis .
Your symptoms may be due to allergic or non-allergic rhinitis .
Predisposing factors for these symptoms are , dust , mite, fumes , pollen , pests , fine dusting powder, sudden change in temperature .
So avoidance also help .
When such patient visit I prescribe them to take montelukast+levocetrizine tablet one in the night .
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also help in such symptoms.
Since this is a prescription drug ,so consult your doctor and get a prescription.

Welcome to HCM.
It may be due to deep seated long ladting allergy.
Allergy may be due to sensitivity to some smell, food, chemical, soap etc.
Please try to find oit the thing from which you are sensitive.
Try to avoid it if possible.
Consilt your alletgic specialist doctor for allerg tests which are easy and available now to detect it.
Take tablet levocet twice till the results of tests.
