hello there, i ve been suffering with smegma for almost 3 months now...i ve heard from a friend of mine that it goes gradually by washing, it somewhat worked for a while but its not a permanent solution for me at least. Can you please suggest me what is it permanet solution for getting rid of smegma, or any antibiotics to be used ?? thank you in advance
Hello there! Thank you for writing us here. Smegma is something which helps during intercourse. Its normal my friend every man has smegma being secreted almost everyday. You shouldn't take any medication to stop it. (Nor you can actually) you should continue washing it everyday during showers and also it can be washed all by itself after circumcision. If you're interested, you can go for a minor operation so no smegma would be collected there and it would get washed all by itself. Regards, Dr Gunjan
