Suggest Treatment For Smegma On The Penis Head
Hello I think I have balantis, I am uncircumcised male, and my penis head got very irritated and itchy and I could no longer pull back my foreskin, eventually it got better but now I have noticed smegma and the head of my penis has this browny colour layer on it.. what is the cause of this?

You are having balanitis or balanoposthitis like condition and because of chronic fibrosis by irritation you might developed phimosis(as foreskin can't retracted)...
Topical steroid might relieve mild phimosis like condition ..
If tight Franulum present and skin can't retracted back when erection than circumcision needed for that....
