Suggest treatment for small white spots on the shoulder

Hello. I have had these little white spots show up on my arms that go from my wrists all the way up to my shoulders. It started out as just a couple, but then it spread and now there are dozens. They don't itch or sting, and they are smooth like the rest of my skin. What could this be?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small white spots on the shoulder . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like vitiligo , tinea versicolor or ptyriasis versicolor
pityriasis alba , hypopigmentation and nevus depigmentosus . I would suggest you to apply topical anti fungal cream and take benadryl twice a day . Keep it clean and dry and wear loose cloths . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antifungal like fluconazole along with corticosteroid ointment .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
