Suggest Treatment For Small Red Dots On The Spine

Aloha. My almost three yr old son has a series of small reddish dots/circular marks that line up right next to his spine. There are seven or eight of them. I just noticed them today. ITs like they appeared out of nowhere. They aren t bruises and don t seem to bother him. Not itchy or swollen. He hasn t fallen down or bumped anything. Not sure what to make of them.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per case history we need to properly examine to reach perfect diagnosis. My probable diagnosis is insect-bite considering the acute onset of rash.

Use a topical anti-biotic cream like fusidic acid cream (fucidin) twice daily on the part. Most probably it will resolve in 7-10 days.

If condition persist then consult a dermtologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks.
