Hi, I had what I thought was a tear on my Labia minora about a year ago, but it has since turned larger and painful, and it swells and turns purple, Its now about the size of a pea, but its not round. but it gets alot bigger and purple after pitting for a while. Thanks for consulting us. As this bump or swelling is there for more than a year now, it need to be investigated and treated properly. You cannot just ignore it by taking it as an ordinary infection or using antibiotics.

My best advise for you is to visit a Gynecologist in your area For formal consultation as it could be something serious like an abnormal growth.
