Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Bumps On The Fingers

Hello. My name is Katie and I am 21 years old. During the past year, I noticed little itchy bumps on the sides of my fingers. They took a while to go away but they would after a while. They appear on and off...haven t really found a link as to what causes them yet. There is a history of eczema in my family. This time the bumps appeared not between my fingers, but on my palm, right below my thumb. What is peculiar about these though is that they hurt, and they look like someone poked a hole right in the middle of them (they have a dark pin size circle in the middle), but there is a layer of skin covering it. What is going on with my hands?

Hi Katie,
Are these small bumps look water filled? do they burst out living small amount of fluid? If yes then they can be a case of dyshidrotic eczema or pompholnyx.
1) You can take a course of a mild anti histaminic at night
2) Apply a Mid to high potent topical steriod over the palms at night
Please do follow up with a clear picture of the lesions.
