Suggest Treatment For Small Dark Spots On The Forehead
Hello sir, I have many dark spots on my forehead only and also i have some pimple type things on my nose. I have tried lots of medicine but it was in vain. And also i don t use any fairness cream for which my skin has become dull. Please suggest something.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of small dark spots on the forehead , i would suggest you to start with acne treatment first and then that of dark spots. There can be other reasons also like acanthosis Nigricans , thyroid disorders or hemocromatosis. You should use a topical antibacterial e.g clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel just as a spot treatment for active acne during day time.At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel, over the whole affected area. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on
with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. If your symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once , who may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrassion.
