Suggest Treatment For Small Cell Cancer Having Inverted Tongue

My husband has been diagnosed with lung cancer and cells in the liver and the bottom of one rib cage. He also has spots on a bone in the back of the head that has caused and inverted tongue and diffulculty swallowing. His oncologist said with chemo it would give him more time, what questions do we need to ask her. He has small cell cancer.

lung cancer and what you have explained are metastatic lesion in different part and organ. at this stage chemotherapy is the only way left. there is noother alternative. what oncologist have sugested is correct. it should be started without any delay. only thing side effect are to be gaurded. it is bound to occur.
