Suggest Treatment For Small Blisters On The Buttocks And Thighs

My boyfriend has big blisters all over his butt, as well as, the inside of his thigh, that have begin to burst and can t sit down. Well he could not sit down on the onset either. He s had them for almost two weeks and now that they are draining he is taking epsome salt baths. He says the say the soap he used caused them. Is that true. Shouldn s he just go to the hospital and stop trying to medicate himself? On the onset I told him to clean them with peroxcide and use aleo (pop open the plant) what I live by and has been my hero in burns, cuts, etc and has never failed me but, he waited too late to start. Or even tell me. Initially I believed him to only have one.
