Suggest Treatment For Slightly Crossed Eye With Inward Looking Eyes

I believe that I might have a slight Esotropia with my eyes - I.e. I believe I've got some sort of lazy eye that means I am always slightly crosseyed. I've begun to notice this since looking at recent pictures taken of me that I look cross eyed in each one (I do not have a wide face, I am sure it is not an illusion). I also believe that I sleep cross eyed, as when I wake up I feel my eyes come out of a cross eyed position and even when I blink I believe my eyes look inwards. When I relax my eyes (I.e. not focus) my eyes seem to naturally look inwards. Is this a sign of some sort of eye alignment problem? Is there any treatement for this? I've turned 16 in recent months and am male, is it too late to fix anything? Thanks
