Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness

always felling very bad due to lack of sleeping at night.....mind is always traveling here
and there and finding the subject one by one ,there is no link with each other.for this
reason i can't sleeping at night for a single hour.What should be done for getting relief?

Hello
This is suggestive of anxiety disorder. It can be helped nicely by mirtazapine 7.5-30mg taken at night.
This drug will take care of both sleep and random irrelevant thoughts.
