Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness

i havent been able to sleep for 3 nights now. I recently went thru a break up due to my alcohol use that prompted a violent situation in which i went to jail...I am out but since then i can't sleep..I need some sleep...please tell me what to do. I've tried Tylenol pm for these 3 days and still no luck

It appears to me that stress has been the main reason for your sleeplessness.
Tylenol is not a drug used to induce sleep.
You can take tablet ativan 2mg for sleep. But i must tell you that donot make a habit to taje this medicine as it can cause dependence if taken for more than 4weeks.
I strongly advice you to quit alcohol.
