Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness

Hi I m 58 I have been in eight lifting for 7yrs. I am also a chronic pain patient I have a very bad back. I ve been taking methadone for about 15 yrs. 10 mg at bed time also 2. 50mg tramadol in the am and at bed time along with 3. 500 mg Tylenol with all the rest But I have sleep apnea stopped wearing mask about 2yrs ago. But was able to sleep Now cant get good. Rim sleep. So I m tired all the time I can be typing a word and my brain just shuts off all and I ll drop the phone I ve fallen asleep about six times texting. This I think it may be my iron levels. But no insurance

However, you seem to mention the most proper treatment yourself in your question - the sleep apnea mask. The symptoms you mention seem typical for sleep apnea, and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device is the best means to help with that. Other medications for sleep wouldn't be helpful when there is sleep apnea involved, might even worsen the airway collapse during sleep apnea. So continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device remains the best treatment.
