Hello, Considering your MRI whole spine reports and complaints you have mentioned, are strongly suggests that your problem is related to your spine but we can't confirm it without specialist's opinion. You should consult Neuro-Surgeon for same issue with your all tests and imaging reports. Neuro Surgeon will decide whether it's a Cervical Spondylitis or something else, same time surgeon will examine thoroughly and decide line of treatment. Such case needs surgery or may be treated with Physiotherapy depending on the degree and level of disk compression. Early evaluation and treatment of disease may avoid further complications like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in both upper and lower limbs.
Thanks and Take Care, Dr.Suraj D.
